Dr Trust is India's leading home health monitoring device brand - blood pressure monitors, glucometers, pulse oximeters, and wearables. NetBramha designed the connected app that unifies data from all of these physical devices into one health experience.
This is a hardware-plus-software design problem, not a pure app redesign: the interface has to make sense of data arriving from multiple distinct physical devices, each with its own measurement type and reading frequency, and present it as one coherent picture of a user's health.
Few consumer app redesigns have to account for hardware reliability, Bluetooth pairing failures, or sensor calibration - all of which affect how trustworthy the resulting data feels to the person reading it.
That hardware-awareness sets Dr Trust apart from a typical wellness app; the closest comparison in NetBramha's portfolio is Cloudnine's health-tracking maternity app, though Cloudnine's data originates from care providers rather than consumer-owned devices.
The app unifies readings from blood pressure monitors, glucometers, pulse oximeters, and weighing scales into a single longitudinal health record, rather than requiring a separate app per device type, which is how most consumer health-device brands operate.
Consolidating multiple data streams into one coherent view is a recurring NetBramha pattern - the same principle drove ONE Muthoot's merger of three separate financial portals into a single app, even though the underlying domains (health data, financial products) are completely different.
If a user doesn't believe their blood pressure reading is accurate, the entire product loses its purpose - unlike most software, where a minor bug is an inconvenience rather than a reason to distrust the core function.
Building that trust was central to the design brief, in the same way NetBramha approached TransUnion CIBIL's credit score interface: both products only work if the user believes the number on screen is accurate and acts on it accordingly.
Within healthcare specifically, yes. But NetBramha has also designed physical-digital hybrid experiences elsewhere - the Google AI cricket experience combined PoseNet motion-tracking hardware with a real-time digital interface, and TVS's connected cluster app links a physical vehicle dashboard to a mobile companion app. Augray's AR social platform belongs in the same group too - all four required designing for hardware or sensor behaviour, not just software logic.
