FAQs

What did NetBramha design for Emaar?
plus iconminus icon

Emaar Properties is Dubai's largest real estate developer, valued at $14B+ and known for developments including the Burj Khalifa district. NetBramha led the digital transformation of Emaar's property management experience, consolidating processes worth $1Bn+ in property value onto one digital platform.

This is one of NetBramha's clearest non-Indian, Middle East enterprise credentials, alongside SIXT (Europe) and Oxford University Press (UK) - evidence the studio's process holds up outside its primary Indian market.

Why is digitising a billion-dollar property portfolio a harder problem than a typical enterprise app?
plus iconminus icon

Property management at Emaar's scale involves payments, handover processes, maintenance requests, and owner communication that previously ran through disconnected offline and legacy digital channels - consolidating that into one coherent platform meant resolving conflicting processes, not designing on a blank slate.

NetBramha faced a structurally similar consolidation challenge, at very different scale, with ONE Muthoot's merger of three separate customer portals - both projects required reconciling pre-existing, independently built systems rather than starting fresh.

How many property owners does Emaar's digital platform actually serve?
plus iconminus icon

The consolidated platform serves 100,000+ property owners and residents across Emaar's developments, a population large enough that any interface ambiguity in payments or handover processes translates into real operational cost for Emaar's customer service team.

That scale of consequence for interface clarity mirrors NetBramha's approach to HDFC Bank's mobile banking redesign, where reducing ambiguity in high-frequency flows was the direct lever for reducing support costs.

What made this a "billion-dollar enterprise" design challenge specifically?

The scale isn't just user count - it's the financial stakes riding on the platform working correctly. Errors or confusion in a property payment or handover flow carry direct financial consequences for both Emaar and its property owners, unlike a typical consumer app where a bug is merely an inconvenience.

That financial-stakes design bar is shared with NetBramha's regulated fintech work - BHIM and TransUnion CIBIL both carry the same requirement that the interface cannot mislead a user about money.

Does NetBramha design for other major real estate or property clients?

Emaar (Dubai) sits alongside HOABL (India's premium land investment brand) as NetBramha's two clearest real estate credentials - one international and enterprise-scale, one Indian and consumer-purchase-focused.

Together they cover two very different real estate transaction types: Emaar is ongoing property management for existing owners, while HOABL is the initial purchase-decision journey for a new land investment - different moments in the same industry.
