SeedWorks operates in a complex agritech ecosystem, supporting multiple stakeholders across seed research, production, and distribution.
The existing digital platform had fragmented information, low data visibility, and workflows that required significant manual effort -limiting operational efficiency and timely decision-making.
Our mission was to redesign SeedWorks’ digital platform into a clear, data-driven experience that simplifies workflows, improves visibility across operations, and enables faster, more confident decisions for internal teams.
enable teams to quickly interpret key metrics and make informed decisions across operations.
reduce manual effort and accelerate routine tasks for smoother day-to-day operations.
ensure predictable, error-free experiences across all user roles and touchpoints.
adapts to growing data volumes and evolving operational requirements seamlessly.
A visually intuitive, low-text interface using strong cues, customized icons, and strategic symbols.
Strong, universally accepted visual cues with customized icons strategically placed across the platform.

Personalized Crop Calendar with visual, low-text interface fostering clarity and community engagement.
Gamification elements like rewards, badges, points, and leaderboards sustained engagement with custom icons.

SeedWorks won the Kyoorius Design Award, India's most prestigious independent design honour, for an agritech app built on direct field research with 700+ farmers across 50 villages in 9 Indian states.
That 700-farmer research base is unusually large for a UX project - most enterprise redesigns rely on a handful of stakeholder interviews. The scale of field research here is comparable in ambition to NetBramha's national-population fintech work like BHIM, just conducted through direct in-person research rather than product analytics.
Standard usability research methods assume a baseline of reading fluency and smartphone familiarity that doesn't hold for every farmer SeedWorks serves. NetBramha's field research specifically accounted for semi-literate users, feature-phone habits, and community-level decision-making dynamics.
That's a distinct research discipline from urban, English-literate user research; it required in-person fieldwork across 9 states rather than remote usability testing, which is closer in method to how NetBramha approached Niyo's traveller research than to a typical enterprise SaaS discovery sprint.
SeedWorks International is a hybrid seed company operating across India and Southeast Asia. The app NetBramha designed gives farmers single-point access to agricultural support tied to SeedWorks' seed products, rather than requiring them to navigate separate channels for different kinds of guidance.
That single-point-access model mirrors the consolidation logic behind ONE Muthoot's unified financial app - different domain, same underlying principle: reduce the number of separate touchpoints a user has to manage.
SeedWorks is farmer-facing product and agronomic support research; Ninjacart is B2B supply chain and credit infrastructure connecting farmers to buyers and lenders.
Together they cover both ends of NetBramha's agricultural technology work - SeedWorks starts at the farm with the individual grower, Ninjacart operates at the logistics and financing layer moving produce to market.
SeedWorks' research covered 700+ farmers directly, but the broader Indian agritech opportunity NetBramha designed toward spans over 200 million Indian farmers - the difference between the research sample and the addressable population it's meant to generalise to.
That population scale puts SeedWorks in the same tier of consequential, large-population Indian design work as BHIM and TransUnion CIBIL, even though agritech and fintech serve entirely different needs.
