Yubi, formerly CredAvenue, is India's largest end-to-end corporate debt marketplace, connecting institutional borrowers with lenders. NetBramha designed the unified platform experience across the full debt lifecycle, from origination to servicing.
This is a fundamentally different design problem from consumer fintech - the users are institutional finance professionals structuring large transactions, not retail customers checking a balance. NetBramha's SIS enterprise platform is the closest comparison in the portfolio: both design for professional operators managing complex, high-stakes workflows rather than consumers.
B2B financial platforms like Yubi are judged by the professionals using them daily on how much time and manual reconciliation the interface saves, not on visual appeal or ease of first-time use.
That's a different design brief entirely from something like IAMIN, a consumer savings app where first-impression simplicity is the primary goal. Yubi's users are experts who value density and control over hand-holding.
Most corporate debt platforms handle a single stage - origination, or servicing, or collections. Yubi consolidates the entire lifecycle into one platform, which is a materially harder information-architecture problem than designing for one stage alone.
NetBramha faced a structurally similar consolidation challenge on ONE Muthoot, where three previously separate customer portals for loans, cards, and insurance had to become one coherent platform without simply stacking three old interfaces on top of each other.
Yes. Yubi is a fintech unicorn, and NetBramha's broader portfolio includes high-growth platforms like Razorpay and ClearTax, both category leaders in their respective segments of Indian fintech, alongside more traditional, decades-old institutions like Geojit and ONE Muthoot.
The design principle shifts from reducing steps to organising density - institutional users navigating large transactions want more information visible at once, not less, as long as it's structured clearly.
That's the opposite instinct from consumer checkout work like Razorpay Magic, where the entire goal is collapsing steps. Knowing which principle applies to which audience is the actual skill - not defaulting to "simpler is always better."
